Wednesday Highlights: CES 2013

Here is a listing of the products Mike was able to review while touring the exhibits today.

Bob wearing the AfterShokz earphonesThere was a lot of anticipation surrounding the latest release from AfterShokz.  Here is Mike's recording with the President of AfterShokz at their CES booth. From what he could tell in a very noisy environment, the new AfterShokz Bluetooth model worked well. It was choppy but likely because of the thousands of wireless signals around. He'll get one at the end of January and report back.

Blue Microphones had two microphones that Mike sampled, Nessie and the Mikey Digital.  Hear Mike's Nessie audio file or Mikey audio file.

Next stop was the Cord Cruncher earphones, the first ever no tangle design.  Mike liked them so much he even had his guide dog, Tank, try them on.

Mike's review of Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset with Smart Sensor technology that reacts when you put the headset on, letting you quickly take a call without a click. If you’re already wearing it, Voyager Legend announces who’s calling and waits for you to say "Answer" or "Ignore." Simply tap the voice command button and ask to check battery level, connection status, and more. With technology this nimble, Voyager Legend is the first truly intelligent Bluetooth® headset.
